Meaning
"〜してから、今までずっと"

"All the time since ~ / ever since"
Xて以来Y：Y has been continuing since the time X occurred.
Used to indicate a period of time starting from a specific event or point in the past and continuing until the present. I

Points

Starting Point: "〜以来" marks the beginning of a period that extends from a specific event or time in the past up to the present.
