Meaning
"〜しないでわる"

Used to express that something was intended to be done but, in the end, it wasn’t completed or realized. It conveys a sense of regret or missed opportunity, often because of circumstances that prevented the action from taking place.

Form
V(nai form)ない + ずじまい
※しない → せずじまい

Points
