Meaning
"〜はかんがええられない / ぜったいに〜じゃない:hardly possible  / cannot be / there is no way"

This strongly express denial of possibility.
Used to strongly assert that something is impossible or highly unlikely. It conveys a sense of certainty that something cannot be true or happen.
