Meaning
"〜で：by / through"
Used to describe the means, method, or tool by which something is achieved or made possible. In this usage, it explains how something is done or facilitated.

Do not use it when simply indicating a choice of means.
×毎日まいにち、自転車じてんしゃによって学校がっこうへ行いく。
（I go to school by bicycle every day.）
×箸はしによってご飯はんを食たべます。
（I eat rice with chopsticks.）
