Explanation：〜ながら

Meaning
"〜のままの状態じょうたいで"
①「状態や性質がそのまま続いていること」を表します。
Indicates that a state or characteristic continues unchanged.

② 「ある状態じょうたいや状況じょうきょうのままで、その状態じょうたいを維持いじしながら」という意味を持ちます。
Indicates that something remains in a certain state or condition from the beginning, maintaining that state.
