Meaning
"〜なんと～んだろう。とても～だ"
話はなす人ひとが感情かんじょうを込こめて言いう時ときに使つかいます。

"How 〜 it is. / It is very 〜."
Used to emphasize the degree or extent of something, typically conveying strong emotion or a heightened sense of surprise, joy, sadness, or frustration.
